It’s all about figuring out what you can do to help someone else! Be of service to someone who needs a hand. Send a sad friend into giggle fits, loan a strapped coworker some cash, or just surrender a rock star parking space to a haggard looking mom. Doing something nice for someone else will help you feel good about yourself in a whole new way.
